I work with men and women who feel overwhelmed, self-critical or disconnected from themselves, and help them reclaim authorship of their lives with the Respect Method, for lasting wellbeing.

As a UKIHCA (UK International Health Coaching Association)-approved professional, I work from an integrative perspective, supporting individuals in restructuring their habits and lifestyle in a strategic way.

My approach focuses on the underlying patterns shaping health and wellbeing, helping clients move beyond automatic patterns and build lasting change through deliberate, value-driven decisions.

I am a polyglot and have lived in Brazil, Australia, England, the United States, Switzerland and France, spent time in Canada and South Korea, and travelled to around 50 countries. This path has shaped a multicultural perspective on how identity, environment and behaviour influence one another.

Through experience and continuous study, I have come to understand that lasting change rarely comes from quick solutions or external validation. It emerges from deliberate, consistent decisions aligned with one’s values and real-life context.

My Approach

I help people reorganise their lives through deliberate, value-aligned decisions, so they can save their time and energy for what truly matters. To do this, I work from a systemic and integrative perspective, considering physical, mental, emotional, social, environmental and spiritual factors, rather than focusing solely on isolated symptoms. Because lasting change only happens when your habits, decisions and environment are all pulling in the same direction. And self-respect is what makes that alignment possible.
