On the inside, there is a tiredness and a feeling of never quite being enough that doesn't go away. You are capable of taking care of everything and everyone around you. But taking care of yourself, genuinely, is something else entirely.

I'm Nicole, a certified Health and Wellness Coach, Health Coaches Academy (HCA) graduate and a Registered Member of the UK International Health Coaches Association (UKIHCA). I help women treat themselves with the kindness and respect with which they treat everyone else.

About

I spent more than a decade in luxury fashion and hospitality, living across six countries. I built my identity around being adaptable, professional, and capable in any context. And I was. But constant adaptation has a cost that takes years to notice.

Being made redundant from luxury retailer MATCHES, having previously left another role on the verge of burnout, was the turning point. I was forced to stop and look honestly at how I was living and how I had been treating myself. It was only through becoming aware of my patterns and practising self-respect daily that I was able to change the narrative.

My Approach

Most of the women I work with are already doing too much, so my work is not about adding more to your life. It's about being assertive with your choices. I look at how you treat your body, how you talk to yourself, the environment you have built, the relationships you nourish, and the parts of yourself you have set aside.

Multicultural Perspective

Having lived across six countries and multiple cultures, I developed a particular understanding of what happens when you build your identity around trying to fit in and belong.

Self-Respect in Practice

Self-respect is not a reward. It is a standard built through daily decisions: the things you tolerate, the habits you reinforce, and the way you respond to your own needs.

Reduction of Toxins

We identify and reduce the physical, emotional, relational and behavioural toxins that drain your energy and compromise your wellbeing.
